This is a remote position.
SyncEzy is a growing B2B SaaS integration company specializing in the Construction, Trades, and Service Industries (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Security, etc.). We work with leading Saas softwares like Procore, Simpro, Autodesk, Dropbox, SharePoint, and HiBob.
We are a bootstrapped, independent Australian company that values stability and long-term success. Operating 100% remotely for 10 years, long before it became the norm, we have a global team across 5 countries and a flat, easy-going work culture.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads.
Follow up on leads via email, phone, sms, stalking or chasing after them from a distance.
Engage with potential clients across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls to schedule and conduct software demos.
Manage the sales process from enquiry to closure.
Track all activities in Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk.
Represent SyncEzy at industry trade shows and networking events (virtually or in person).
Excellent English communication skills
4+ years in B2B sales (SaaS/software preferred).
Experience with virtual product demos via Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams.
Self-motivated & disciplined – remote work requires ownership and accountability.
A good understanding of construction/trade services is a plus. Experience with Procore, Autodesk, Simpro, or similar software is highly valued.
Tech-savvy and familiar with Project Management systems, SharePoint, GDrive, and Dropbox.
A quiet workspace with a plain background and high-speed internet (100/50 Mbps min).
