The job, in plain terms
You'll take qualified meetings, run discovery, demo the platform, write proposals, negotiate, and get agreements signed. You own the deal from first conversation to signature. You'll keep your pipeline and forecast clean in the CRM, and you'll use AI daily for research, proposals, and follow-up.
We'll be straight with you: this is early-stage selling
Nobody has heard of us yet. There's no famous logo to lean on and no flood of inbound leads waiting for you. You'll be selling a new way of doing things to buyers who are comfortable with the old way. That's hard. Deals will stall, champions will go quiet, and you'll have to earn every signature. But you'll be selling with the founders beside you, and the people who close the first customers at a company are the ones who run sales when it grows. If it was easy, everybody would do it.

Requirements

What we're looking for
Real B2B sales experience where you carried a number and closed deals yourself. SaaS or HR tech background helps but isn't required. What we can't teach is discipline: showing up, following up, and keeping your CRM honest. If your forecast is fiction, this won't work.
