  • Orquestar soluciones con pre-sales e implementación (integraciones core banking, pasarelas de pago, CRM, etc.).
  • Alcanzar y superar cuotas de revenue asignadas (ARR + GMV).
  • Desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo con C-level (CIO, CFO, Heads de Banca Digital, etc.).

KPIs clave:

  • Nuevo ARR cerrado.
  • Tasa de conversión de POCs a contratos.
  • Tiempo medio de ciclo de ventas.

Perfil esperado:

  • 3–5 años de experiencia en ventas enterprise SaaS/Fintech.
  • Experiencia vendiendo a bancos, retailers o grandes corporativos en LatAm.
  • Conocimiento de SaaS, embedded finance y AI (ideal si ya trabajó con plataformas de pago, core bancario o conversational AI).
  • Plus: Inglés avanzado.
