Summary:

We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in the legal sector and a strong interest in technology, focused on driving our expansion in Mexico.

The primary mission of this role will be to collaborate with strategic and mid-market accounts, including medium to large law firms and key corporate legal departments, to optimize their operations and improve efficiency through the implementation of our cutting-edge solutions.

You will manage the full consultative sales cycle for Vincent AI, generating high-quality pipeline and closing deals that transform legal processes.

Main Requirements:

  • University degree in Law (highly valued and preferred), or related fields such as Business Administration, Business, or Engineering with a strong legal orientation.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS consultative sales, ideally selling technology solutions to law firms, legal departments, or legal professionals.
  • Proven track record in active prospecting, qualifying complex leads, and closing deals.
  • Experience working with mid-market and strategic accounts, managing multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (written and conversational; frequent interaction with international clients).
  • Strong results-driven mindset, expertise in pipeline management (CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot), and a history of exceeding targets.
  • Plus: Previous experience using or selling legaltech, AI, or legal research tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle for Vincent AI: strategic prospecting → consultative demos → negotiation → closing and expansion within mid-sized to large law firms and legal departments.
  • Generate and qualify high-quality pipeline within the Mexican legal sector (mid-market and strategic accounts).
  • Develop a deep understanding of lawyers’ pain points (efficiency, accuracy, compliance) and position Vincent AI as the solution that transforms their day-to-day work.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with partners, managing partners, and general counsels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, product, and the global Clio/vLex team to maximize win rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the CRM accurately updated and provide reliable sales forecasting.
  • Meet and exceed ambitious commercial goals, contributing to Clio vLex’s leadership in legal AI across the region.
