  • No active non-solicit or non-compete agreements

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated production of 20+ loads per week

  • $4,000+ in brokerage revenue over the last 12 months

  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships independently

  • Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on long-term partnerships

  • Comfortable operating in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment

We are looking for someone who can step in and produce immediately, with the infrastructure, support, and earning potential to grow well beyond their current ceiling.
