Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Account Director to lead strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth across the Brazilian market. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of the local business environment, and a proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts.

This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, the ability to understand evolving client needs, and expertise in account planning, sales execution, and CRM tools. The Account Director will play a critical role in expanding market presence and delivering long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets within the Brazilian market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders at executive levels.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track account performance.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, delivery) to ensure customer success.
  • Navigate complex sales environments and manage multiple high-priority accounts effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven track record of managing large or strategic accounts and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and business culture.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (required). Spanish is good to have.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and structured account management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or technology sectors.
  • Background in managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts in Brazil.
  • Familiarity with global organizations and matrixed environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
