As a Director-level autonomous, proactive, and strategic thought leader, you will be responsible for defining and driving the global strategy and commercial success of Spark's digital localization portfolio for a major technology client. You will serve as the brand steward and trusted strategic partner, directing senior client relationships and leading the cross-functional internal teams.
The ideal candidate brings deep localisation expertise, experience managing multi-million portfolio global accounts, and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and operational leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.

- Navigate and orchestrate complex stakeholder ecosystems to architect long-term value and expand Spark's service offerings.

STRATEGIC & COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP- Executive Ownership and P&L: Command the strategic and commercial performance of the digital localisation account.
- Financial Accountability: Maintain absolute accountability for digital account financial health, ensuring key accounts consistently meet or exceed budgeted EBITDA and margin targets.
- Growth Strategy: Develop, champion, and execute sophisticated growth, optimization, and innovation roadmaps for key client partnerships.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, progress, and execute high-value upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Spark’s evolving service portfolio.
- Executive Collaboration: Collaborate strategically with the Group VP on advanced forecasting, portfolio growth strategy, and long-term executive account planning.
DELIVERY & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Strategically partner with Language Services, Global Operations, Finance, and regional Spark teams to ensure consistently excellent account delivery.
- Process and Documentation Architecture: Lead the evaluation and redesign of core processes and workflows to identify and implement step-change improvements, system efficiencies, documentation management and strategic automation opportunities.
- Onboarding Strategy: Direct the strategic setup and seamless integration of new partner accounts into Spark systems and workflows.
- Integrated Delivery: Ensure digital localisation delivery architecture is fully integrated and synchronous with broader digital production pipelines.
- Operational Mandate: Drive continuous, quantifiable improvement in quality standards, delivery velocity, operational scalability, and cost efficiency.
KPIs & GOVERNANCE- Performance Definition: Define, establish, and enforce strategic objectives and high-impact KPIs for both Spark teams and executive-level client engagements.
- Accountability: Oversee the measurement and performance management of direct reports and teams against defined commercial and operational outcomes.
- Financial Control: Ensure executive-level accurate financial planning, precise forecasting, and transparent commercial reporting across all digital accounts.
- Risk & Governance: Maintain and champion robust governance frameworks, proactive risk management, and effective executive escalation protocols.
