Oversee key client projects and accounts as the primary point of contact to ensure program success and account growth. Collaborate with creative and production teams to manage timelines, budgets, and revenue forecasting.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION
This position will oversee key client projects and accounts, while working as the main point of contact for program clients. The Account Director will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of each program and account growth across multiple clients. This must have extensive experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects.
Candidate based in California or New York is preferred and comfortable working remotely.
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the quality of all deliverables throughout each project, while exceeding client expectations and delivering on program objectives.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to manage project timelines and define how the collective program works together in an efficient manner.
- Work closely with production teams to develop and manage the budget from program kickoff through execution and program debrief.
- Responsible for revenue tracking and forecasting.
- Manage day-to-day communication with client contacts.
- Responsible for driving account growth year over year.
- Responsible for developing revenue forecasts.
- Develop client presentations.
- Lead RFPs and new business pitches.
- Work with Episode1 leadership team to support overall agency growth and maximize efficiencies.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience managing experiential marketing programs and activations for global brands.
- Experience managing and working closely with creative and production teams.
- Experience as the main point of contact for program clients.
- Experience managing large teams across multiple projects.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to strive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and be a decisive decision maker
- Daily use of Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point, along with Google Docs and Keynote
- Ability to travel (a minimum of 25%) and work non-traditional hour based on program schedules
