Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Delivery Manager to join our Customer Tech & Delivery team within Accenture Song. In this role, you will lead the delivery of innovative digital products and platforms that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. As a key player in shaping the future of digital experiences, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and technology challenges across industries such as Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel.

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and business KPIs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage scope, budgets, resources, and timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and delivery excellence. This role requires expertise in both agile and traditional delivery methods, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a passion for creating measurable business outcomes. You will deliver on engagements in the following areas:

Delivery Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, from strategy to execution, ensuring on-spec, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams, agencies, and third-party vendors to support digital initiatives and technical delivery.
  • Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, forecast monitoring, and team utilization across multiple workstreams from kickoff to delivery.
  • Identify key project milestones, dependencies, and risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage contract details, scope, and finances, ensuring achievable outcomes through robust change management practices.
  • Track financial metrics, highlight variances, and implement interventions to meet Original Deal Economics (ODE).
  • Maintain systematic quality standards, flag critical delivery issues, and manage escalations with recovery plans.
  • Provide solutions for forecasting, prioritization, and team capacity challenges to meet client milestones and deadlines.
  • Secure, onboard, and develop talent to fill skill gaps, foster a positive team culture, and achieve delivery outcomes.

Client Engagement

  • Foster trusted relationships with clients, ensuring proactive communication and alignment with delivery expectations.
  • Understand client business challenges, define KPIs, and deliver measurable outcomes using domain expertise.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client queries and issues, guiding teams to address challenges effectively.
  • Design, update, and communicate detailed status reports to clients and stakeholders while managing deployment calendars.
  • Leverage successful delivery outcomes to identify and pursue additional client opportunities.

Product Innovation

  • Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban, to optimize workflows and enhance project management processes.
  • Share best practices, mentor peers, and contribute to thought leadership within the delivery community.
  • Mentor and coach team members while driving continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams.
  • Evangelize new delivery methods, tools, and technologies to drive greater value, productivity, and efficiency.

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of website, mobile, platform and/or the product development life cycle
  • Proven expertise delivering modern digital products using full-stack services and modern digital platforms
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver digital initiatives and technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models, including scaled Agile frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to identify key project milestones, dependencies, and mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading delivery teams in consulting or professional services, with a focus on Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Travel industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You’ve implemented Commerce platforms, Experience platforms, CRM, CDP, Loyalty programs, MarTech solutions, and/or Sales Transformation initiatives.
  • You’ve led or supported transformation programs, enterprise product/platform modernization, or cloud migrations
  • You’ve worked on AI, GenAI, ML initiatives or other emerging technologies, or developed personalized digital experiences
  • You bring experience managing nearshore/offshore delivery models or working in globally distributed environments
  • You have strong client relationship development and client management skills
  • You’re passionate about developing talent, building culture, and driving continuous improvement across teams
