This is a temporary one-year, full time remote position.

JOB MISSION:

This opportunity will provide experience working on seasonal 3D apparel assets in a global brand environment where maintaining visual quality standards in 3D outputs is necessary. You’ll be mentored by experienced 3D Production Artists to help you grow your 3D skillset.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Creation of seasonal 3D assets for assigned product categories
• Cross collaboration with product team to ensure 3D imagery is up to date throughout development process
• Learn new skills such as 3D programs, PLM systems, etc that are relevant to 3D product creation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

• Proven and demonstratable CLO3D skills
• Understanding of apparel tech packs
• Communicates and collaborates effectively

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
