Application Developer (Java or .NET | Full Stack)

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable business applications
- Contribute across front-end and back-end components
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and service-based architectures
- Participate in technical design and solution planning
- Conduct structured testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Implement secure coding practices and version-controlled workflows
- Contribute to containerized and cloud-based deployment environments
Ideal Background
- 4+ years of application or web development experience
- Strong proficiency in either:
- C# / modern .NET stack
- Java / Spring-based frameworks
- Experience with a modern front-end framework
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases
- Experience building or consuming APIs (REST, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Git-based development
- Exposure to cloud platforms and containerized environments preferred
- Comfort leveraging AI-assisted development tools is a plus
