#103 - Salesforce CRM Developer (Apex & Agentforce)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, and support scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will focus on custom CRM development, business automation, integrations, and AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities that improve sales, service, and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce CRM implementations. Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities is also required.

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and platform configuration.

- Develop reusable Apex services, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, integrations, and automation frameworks.

- Build scalable Salesforce automation and integration solutions aligned with platform best practices.

- Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.

- Collaborate with product managers, Salesforce administrators, architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and appropriate integration patterns.

- Apply Salesforce security, sharing, profile, permission-set, and governor-limit best practices.

- Optimize Salesforce application performance, maintain code quality, and support secure development practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable fixes.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, release planning, deployments, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise with Apex.

- Strong hands-on expertise with SOQL.

- Strong hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components.

- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce triggers.

- Strong hands-on expertise with asynchronous Salesforce processing.

- Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Experience building scalable automation solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Experience building Salesforce integrations with external systems.

- Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

- Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, and permission sets.

- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and scalable development practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center.

- Experience with Copado.

- Experience with Git-based Salesforce development workflows.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Platform Events.

- Experience with event-driven solution design.

- Experience with enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
