About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Evaluation Specialist with strong sales skills and excellent communication abilities to join one of our client's teams.

In this role, you will contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in legal assistance related to employment law and/or workers' compensation cases in California. Your primary responsibility will be to assess each case for eligibility, address client questions and concerns, explain the legal process, and guide qualified clients through the retainer agreement signing process.

Once the retainer agreement has been signed, clients will complete the intake form independently through a secure online link. If a client requires assistance during the intake process, you will transfer the call to an Intake Specialist.

This is a client-facing position that requires empathy, professionalism, and confidence in handling sensitive conversations while conducting legal intake pre-qualification without providing legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients through automated outbound and follow-up calls.

  • Conduct case pre-qualification based on the firm's established eligibility criteria.

  • Clearly explain the legal process, the firm's services, and the terms of the retainer agreement.

  • Address client questions and objections using approved rebuttals to maximize lead conversion.

  • Guide qualified clients through the retainer agreement signing process.

  • Send the secure intake link after the retainer has been signed and explain the next steps.

  • Transfer clients to an Intake Specialist when assistance with the intake form is needed.

  • Accurately document call outcomes and client information in the CRM system.

  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance throughout all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

  • C1 English proficiency (required).

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM).

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong ability to build trust and overcome objections.

  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple manner.

  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM platforms.

  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented workplace.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals with a strong sales mindset, a customer-focused attitude, and high emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate is organized, resilient, empathetic, and confident when handling sensitive conversations, while delivering an outstanding client experience and consistently achieving performance goals.

Hiring Process Requirements

  • Successful validation of C1 English proficiency.

  • Completion of a typing test with a minimum score of 45 WPM (required).
