The developer designs and implements robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform to automate workflows and optimize business processes. They focus on transforming manual operations into seamless digital workflows to enhance the overall user experience.

Maintain and enhance custom Splunk applications, interfaces, and data ingestion pipelines. Perform system tuning, troubleshoot log ingestion issues, and manage Splunk users and roles.

The Scrum Master will coach cross-functional teams in Agile practices and facilitate all Scrum events to ensure high-quality delivery. They are responsible for removing impediments, managing BAU operational demands, and aligning priorities with stakeholders.
