Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from stakeholder surveys and interviews across 13 countries. Produce detailed internal summaries, global findings reports, and coded datasets to inform advocacy roadmaps.

The consultant will develop an advocacy roadmap methodology and design a multi-level advocacy toolkit tailored for women's rights organizations in conflict-affected contexts. They will also create step-by-step guidance for translating data into actionable advocacy priorities and roadmaps.

Lead the global institutional fundraising strategy to secure restricted support from governments, multilateral agencies, and private foundations. Manage the global pipeline and lead a team of business development professionals to achieve revenue targets and advance programmatic partnerships.
