Responsible for routing vehicles and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service for customers. Acts as a communication liaison to resolve fleet issues and manage shift emergencies.

Manage a portfolio of 20-50 active requisitions for frontline field talent across southern regions. Partner with operations managers and HR business partners to source, screen, and hire skilled trades and safety-sensitive personnel.

Manage and expand relationships with large, multi-location commercial customers by securing master service agreements and corporate contracts. Coordinate with local sales representatives and operations leaders to ensure successful site-level execution and service delivery.
