The Senior Construction Manager oversees the full scope of renewables and power delivery projects, managing site operations and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. They are responsible for directing project teams, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring client expectations are met.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the financial and business aspects of assigned renewables and power delivery projects, including P&L oversight and project planning. They provide leadership to project teams, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and interface with stakeholders to monitor progress and project status.

The Superintendent is responsible for on-site management of high voltage projects, including field coordination, production, safety, and quality compliance. They will oversee site construction from below grade work through completion while managing schedules, personnel, and subcontractor performance.

The Project Engineer supports project teams by managing documentation, QA/QC activities, and subcontractor scheduling. They are also responsible for preparing project reports, handling submittals and RFIs, and negotiating extra work.
