The Program Director will develop and implement strategies to support watershed health and responsible water stewardship on private and working lands. They are responsible for managing program staff, overseeing budgets, and building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to advance conservation goals.

The Strategic Initiatives Director leads a portfolio of emerging programs by guiding them from concept development through testing, implementation, and evaluation. This role also manages initiative budgets, builds partnerships with diverse stakeholders, and supervises program staff to advance the organization's mission.
