Behavioral Health Intake Specialist- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Respond to calls and referrals, conduct billable behavioral health screenings, assess clinical risk and determine appropriate levels of care, and de-escalate callers in crisis when needed. Coordinate appointments and referrals with individuals, internal teams, hospitals, and community partners, while verifying information and documenting work in the electronic medical record.
