The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with the engineering team to build features for the coach portal and empower customers to configure care protocols. They will also own software projects and act as a technical escalation point for customers.

The Implementation Manager will support the Sales team in creating tailored solutions for prospective customers and act as a project manager post-contracting, coordinating between the customer's project team and Welkin's Product and Engineering teams. This role requires maintaining expert-level knowledge of product functionality and managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
