The Growth Marketing Lead will manage the full outbound email lifecycle, including infrastructure setup, lead sourcing, and campaign execution. They will also be responsible for monitoring deliverability, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating on messaging to drive qualified pipeline.

The Vice President will manage the full sales and execution cycle, including sourcing opportunities and building relationships with clients and lenders. They will also lead capital strategy, including underwriting, structuring capital stacks, and managing transactions through to closing.
