Conduct a comprehensive safeguarding gap and needs analysis across War Child's fundraising member offices to identify risks and strengths. Provide actionable, prioritized recommendations to enhance safeguarding effectiveness and compliance with legal and best-practice standards.

Lead the functional ownership, administration, and continuous improvement of finance and business systems to ensure alignment with financial processes and controls. Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, HR, and Procurement to strengthen system governance, data structures, and user access models.
