The engineer will design, configure, and implement scalable contact center solutions within Genesys Cloud CX and Amazon Connect. They will also lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and optimize platform performance.
Serve as the primary liaison between accounting business users and technical teams to drive system implementations and process transformations. Lead requirements gathering, facilitate stakeholder consensus, and manage the execution of user acceptance testing.
Design and implement comprehensive change management plans to support client transformations and technology implementations. Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and coaching for managers to drive successful adoption.
