You will build and lead the India Operations team from scratch, defining roles and managing end-to-end service quality for U.S. stock transfer agency operations. This includes overseeing daily DTC processing, SEC compliance reporting, and driving process automation through collaboration with U.S. teams.
You will execute daily operations for a U.S. stock transfer agency, including transaction processing, KYC/KYB documentation review, and compliance reporting. Additionally, you will handle shareholder support requests and assist with new-issuer onboarding and legacy record ingestion.
