Lead VMG’s preconstruction strategy, estimating, pricing, and risk management for commercial mechanical projects, while guiding strategic pursuits and building client and industry relationships. Develop the preconstruction team and processes, collaborate across business functions, and improve project handoffs, profitability, and pipeline performance.
The Chief Estimator will lead the estimating team, oversee the development of complex mechanical project proposals, and establish estimating standards and strategies. They will also collaborate with executive leadership and project teams to ensure accurate budgeting, risk assessment, and successful project handoffs.
