Lead the strategy and execution for third-party integrations, Enterprise Edge offerings, and the developer experience across SDKs. Translate complex enterprise requirements regarding compliance, security, and SSO into prioritized product decisions.

Split time between hands-on engineering and leading a squad of four engineers to ensure technical quality and team health. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature ownership, coaching engineers, and driving performance reviews and hiring decisions.

The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in designing and building the next generation Unleash Platform, which includes architecting, designing, and developing both the Open-Source and Enterprise versions. Responsibilities also involve implementing and improving SDKs, interacting with the open-source community, and supporting customers.
