The Executive HR Business Partner provides strategic leadership to a team of HR professionals while serving as a senior advisor to university deans and administrative leaders. They are responsible for aligning talent strategy with institutional goals, managing complex employee and labor relations, and overseeing organizational design initiatives.

Administers employee leave programs including FMLA and PFML, managing cases from intake through return-to-work. Serves as a subject matter expert providing guidance to employees and HR partners on leave laws and university policies.

The Manager oversees the operational and financial administration of the Technology Transfer Office, focusing on technology commercialization and IP portfolio management. Key duties include managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external legal counsel for patent filings and licensing.

The specialist reviews, drafts, and negotiates non-funded research agreements such as NDAs, MTAs, and DUAs with external partners. They ensure all contracts align with University policies, regulatory requirements, and risk-management standards while advising faculty on contractual implications.

Provide technical support for highway safety research through data analysis, cleaning, and the development of project deliverables. Draft technical reports and create visualizations to translate analytical results into structured findings for stakeholders.
