The Success Manager will own strategic customer relationships with healthcare and research partners, guiding them through clinical data workflows and research execution. They will also coordinate across internal teams to drive product adoption, manage customer enablement, and ensure customers realize sustained value from the platform.
The researcher will develop and prototype novel AI/ML applications using large-scale clinical data to solve complex healthcare problems. They will collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians and data scientists to translate research into real-world solutions.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to design and develop large language models and generative models for various applications. Implement, train, and fine-tune models on large-scale datasets to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
