The Engagement Coordinator supports Partners and Principals by managing the end-to-end client and candidate journey. Key duties include scheduling, travel coordination, database maintenance, and expense reporting for C-suite executives.

The role involves building AI-enabled automations for content, social listening, and CRM enrichment to scale the revenue engine. Additionally, the candidate will architect technical product demos and manage the sales demo environment.

Serve as a strategic partner for key accounts to maximize value and ensure high retention on the Thrive TRM platform. Proactively manage client migrations to Thrive 2.0 and conduct business reviews to align product usage with client business objectives.
