Lead and develop annual sales plans for Tropicana Brands Group at Sam's Club to drive revenue and profit growth. Manage customer negotiations, demand planning, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth in Club and Ambient categories.

Lead the annual sales plans and business development for Tropicana Brands Group at Walmart to drive revenue and profit growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic plans and manage the customer P&L and supply chain processes.

Coordinate interview logistics, candidate travel, and skills assessments to ensure a high-quality hiring experience. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including UKG task monitoring, I-9 verification, and new hire orientation.
