Responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving transportation claims in accordance with company policies. This includes verifying potential claims via auditing systems and communicating resolutions to carriers.

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for driving net new revenue growth by selling enterprise logistics solutions to targeted commercial organizations. They will build and maintain relationships with key executives, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
