Execute qualification protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ for laboratory equipment and storage facilities in compliance with GMP/FDA standards. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure superior service while troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
The technician will perform onsite calibration, adjustments, and minor repairs on measurement and test equipment for customers. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate service documentation and providing professional customer support.
Lead the strategic adoption and implementation of automation technologies within calibration operations to improve efficiency and scalability. Act as the primary liaison between Operations and IT while managing change efforts and researching emerging automation solutions.
