The People Operations Analyst will manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support. They will also maintain HRIS data integrity and develop analytical reports, dashboards, and metrics to support global HR projects.
Manage a portfolio of 150+ clients to ensure product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. Proactively identify growth opportunities through upsells and cross-sells while acting as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.
Lead end-to-end ERP migration projects for existing customers, managing the full lifecycle from discovery through hypercare. Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and Accounting stakeholders while coordinating integration updates and data migration best practices.
