The therapist provides intensive in-home services to youth and their families using the Multisystemic Therapy model to address complex behavioral challenges. They collaborate with families, schools, and community systems to implement goals, perform crisis interventions, and foster long-term positive outcomes.

The MST Therapist provides intensive in-home services to youth aged 12-17 and their families using the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy model. This role involves collaborating with community systems to address behavioral challenges and implementing goal-oriented interventions to foster positive outcomes.

The Youth Support Partner provides mentorship and assistance to youth in navigating child-serving systems such as education, mental health, and juvenile justice. They role model healthy behaviors and support youth in expressing their needs and goals within school, home, and community settings.

Recruit, train, and license foster parents while ensuring compliance with state and agency policies. Provide ongoing supervision and support to foster parents to maintain stable placements for children.
