Interns will build features and fix bugs in applications while assisting senior engineers with proof-of-concepts and performance testing. They will also participate in daily standups and present demos of their work to the development team.
You will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for technical roles across Indonesia and Singapore. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to execute recruitment strategies and provide ad hoc support for broader HR functions like onboarding and employee engagement.
