Provide 24-hour telephone, text, and chat crisis response to individuals and families experiencing mental health crises. Perform risk assessments and develop stabilization plans while collaborating with community partners to ensure continuity of care.

Answer calls, texts, and chats to provide 24-hour crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals experiencing mental health crises. Perform risk assessments and collaborate with district crisis response services to ensure caller safety.
