The VP of HR will architect and execute the people strategy for a multi-state healthcare workforce, reporting directly to the CEO. Key duties include overseeing full-cycle talent acquisition, HR compliance, total rewards, and supporting M&A diligence and integration.

Provide telephonic nurse case management for injured workers by coordinating treatment plans with providers, employers, and adjusters. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation to facilitate appropriate medical care.

Perform telephonic case management for work-related injuries and coordinate care between providers and claims adjusters. Develop and monitor care plans while maintaining communication with patients and clients.
