The Head of Impact translates organizational strategy into measurable outcomes across the program portfolio, focusing on biomimicry adoption in climate and biodiversity. This role leads the Impact Team and manages strategic partnerships with funders and field leaders to advance nature-inspired innovation.

Manage the end-to-end implementation of the Ray of Hope Accelerator, including startup recruitment, selection, and participant experience. Coordinate stakeholder relationships and track program impact to foster a nature-inspired entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The Director leads the communications function by developing strategies to translate the organization's mission and programs into compelling content across multiple channels. This includes managing media relations, overseeing digital engagement, and supervising communications staff and contractors.
