Manage a diverse ecosystem of partners and coordinate community engagements, including workshops and forums. Build operational systems for repeatable engagement and support aiEDU's participation in policy and research initiatives.

Build and manage aiEDU's content and media engine, designing AI-accelerated workflows to amplify the organization's reach and influence. Responsibilities include multi-channel content production, media relations, and establishing measurement layers for AI-era visibility.

Acts as the CEO's primary thought partner and force multiplier, managing the Office of the CEO and overseeing communications and marketing functions. Leads ambiguous special projects, manages the Advisory Board, and builds AI-powered internal tools to increase organizational efficiency.
