The AI Education Project

Build and manage aiEDU's content and media engine, designing AI-accelerated workflows to amplify the organization's reach and influence. Responsibilities include multi-channel content production, media relations, and establishing measurement layers for AI-era visibility.

Acts as the CEO's primary thought partner and force multiplier, managing the Office of the CEO and overseeing communications and marketing functions. Leads ambiguous special projects, manages the Advisory Board, and builds AI-powered internal tools to increase organizational efficiency.

Lead the product discovery and scoping process to build educator and student-facing AI platforms. Coach internal teams on AI-assisted product development and maintain product requirement documents through to deployment.

This role is responsible for leading research and impact measurement, which includes developing the learning research strategy and designing approaches to measure program impact. Key duties involve establishing impact metrics, managing impact data, leading analysis to generate actionable recommendations, and ensuring all grant reporting needs are met.
