Manage the full project lifecycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations, ensuring scope control and business objective compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders while managing budgets, schedules, and project risks.

The Technical Consultant will facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. They will also perform hands-on configuration, customization, and integration development while supporting project delivery and mentoring junior team members.

You will act as a primary bridge between clients and the technical team by leading workshops, uncovering requirements, and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions. You will also support clients through onboarding, training, and testing to ensure project briefs are successfully fulfilled.

The Solution Consultant will support iProperty Cloud implementations by gathering requirements, designing business processes, and leading customer-facing workshops. They will also create product documentation and deliver demonstrations to prospective and existing clients to maximize platform value.
