Lead Fresh Food inventory management modernization and enterprise acceleration initiatives, including defining future technology strategy and guiding system implementations from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement. Partner across planning, merchandising, finance, technology, and inventory operations to advance inventory strategy, financial discipline, guest reliability, sales, and profit.
Lead the regional supply chain safety program and a team of Safety Managers, using data analysis, trend reviews, hazard assessments, and leadership routines to strengthen safety culture and meet risk and compliance obligations. Guide regulatory visits and remediation, coordinate medical representative and claims-related matters, and develop regional safety action plans in partnership with business leaders.
Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of priority safety initiatives across Target’s Supply Chain network, ensuring regulatory compliance and integrating safety into activation plans and processes. Assess and communicate risks, coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional partners, escalate critical issues, and manage concurrent initiatives through implementation and readiness.
Lead the strategy, design, development, commissioning, and ongoing improvement of refrigeration systems across Target retail stores, establishing enterprise standards and guiding equipment, controls, refrigerant, and energy strategies. Partner with internal teams and external consultants to meet operational, food safety, environmental, and sustainability goals, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor engineers.
