Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the initial applicant screening process by calling candidates and scheduling trial shifts for front-of-house and kitchen teams. They are responsible for maintaining accurate applicant records in the designated tracking software and coordinating staffing needs with the Director of Training and General Managers.
