Lead major AI-native product bets for Synthesia’s Sessions experience, from problem framing and design vision through prototyping, launch, and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmaps, define quality standards and success metrics, and improve the craft and consistency of AI-driven experiences.
Lead engineering teams delivering complex projects that improve user acquisition, activation, and revenue, balancing speed and experimentation with technical quality and scalability. Build and develop the Agents Platform team, partnering with Product, Data, and R&D to deliver a reliable, low-latency platform and support engineers’ performance and career growth.
You will build and own technical security improvements across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while designing and iterating on detection and response capabilities. Additionally, you will investigate security alerts and develop internal tooling to automate security processes and reduce manual toil.
Define and drive the vision for multimodal generative models that combine text, audio, and video for real-time interactive experiences. Design, implement, and ship low-latency conversational systems from pretraining through production deployment.
Own the end-to-end technical direction for offline video generation, bridging the gap between pre-training and post-training. Partner with research leadership to define long-term roadmaps and accelerate the delivery of research capabilities into the final product.
