You will be responsible for the lifecycle management and development of the managed services portfolio, ensuring services are market-oriented and economically viable. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to position services effectively and support go-to-market activities.
Advise new and existing customers, lead workshops and architecture discussions, and develop network and security concepts, solution designs, and estimates. Plan, implement, optimize, and support Check Point-, Fortinet-, and Cisco-based solutions, including migrations, upgrades, health checks, troubleshooting, and managed security services.
You will be responsible for the setup and operational management of OpenShift clusters, including updates and infrastructure scaling. Additionally, you will support development and operations teams by implementing security standards and managing container storage and networking.
Manage and strategically develop existing medium to large-sized customers while expanding professional networks at the management level. Coordinate sales activities, acquire new customers from qualified leads, and contribute to the development of the service portfolio.
