You will own the end-to-end client relationship for law firm engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for executive leadership. Additionally, you will coordinate with Legal Engineers to translate technical deliverables into clear business outcomes and manage project expectations.

The role involves owning end-to-end Salesforce implementations, configuring, deploying, and optimizing the system across custom objects, automation, reporting, and integrations to fit client operations. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, building solutions, and driving user adoption across multiple client engagements simultaneously.

The analyst will own the full data lifecycle end-to-end for US law firm clients, transforming fragmented data into a single source of operational truth through extraction, cleaning, modeling, and compelling dashboard delivery. This role involves acting as a strategic data partner to solve business problems by tracing them back to data and implementing automation and AI where appropriate.

The role involves deploying practical, safe, and lasting AI solutions across the full stack of modern AI implementation, including custom integrations, automation workflows, and LLM-powered tools for clients. The specialist will also build connectors and agents to embed AI within client systems while simultaneously helping the internal team accelerate its own processes using new AI capabilities.

The role involves 75% hands-on system design, building, and implementation across CRM, project management, data, automation, and AI, while 25% is dedicated to operational analysis, consulting, and client interaction. Responsibilities include deploying technical solutions to streamline law firm practices and owning full implementation cycles for 1 to 4 client engagements concurrently.
