You will implement SuccessFactors solutions based on customer requirements, leading workshops and supporting customers in using their new systems. Additionally, you will assist existing customers with system adjustments and collaborate with other departments.

The consultant will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll according to customer requirements. This includes preparing blueprints, participating in workshops, and providing ongoing support post-implementation.
