You will build and maintain product features while collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and ensure high-quality deployments. Additionally, you will contribute to app maintenance, performance optimization, and code reviews to ensure system stability.
You will manage approximately 12 engineers across multiple product teams, focusing on coaching, performance management, and career progression. You will also own the engineering hiring process and help maintain a strong remote engineering culture.
