You will manage cross-functional operations including people operations, board and investor relations, and vendor contract reviews. You will also oversee office culture, team offsites, and the implementation of internal operational systems.
You will own the end-to-end customer onboarding process, including KYC/KYB reviews and risk assessments. Additionally, you will identify friction points in the workflow to propose process improvements and automation opportunities.
Build customer-facing features across the full stack, focusing on payments, FX, and treasury infrastructure. Collaborate directly with founders and designers to take features from ideation to shipment and ownership.
Drive growth by identifying high-fit accounts and executing AI-powered outbound campaigns across multiple digital channels. Qualify leads through initial conversations and hand off high-intent opportunities to Account Executives.
