The Platform/Implementation Engineer is responsible for the hands-on technical deployment, configuration, and integration of SPHEREboard within enterprise customer environments. This role serves as a primary technical partner, leading customer workshops and troubleshooting complex issues across identity, network, and database systems.
The Systems Engineer will deploy, integrate, and support identity-focused infrastructure and SPHEREboard solutions while automating repeatable tasks. They will also build trusted customer relationships by resolving complex technical issues and providing clear communication regarding system administration requests.
The Program Manager leads enterprise customer engagements from kickoff through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams.
