The Brand Developer is responsible for maximizing sales, market share, and dealer network growth within the assigned territory. They will implement sales strategies, manage budgets, and ensure brand visibility through regular dealer visits and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The Director of Market Development will drive sales results by implementing structure and strategy while leading and coaching a team. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to manage forecasts, budgets, and advertising programs to maximize brand awareness and profitability.

This role is responsible for maximizing sell-in, sell-through, and market share across all sales channels within the Minnesota & Dakotas territory by implementing strategic sales plans. Key duties include managing the Specialized ecosystem, developing the existing retailer network, and ensuring premium representation of products across Independent Bicycle Retail (IBR) and Specialized Retail locations.
